The winners and finalists of the Manifest Hope Gallery contest are now online. While the overall quality of the work is not as high as one would hope, the amount of support and entries is overwhelming. Some of the winning pieces will be auctioned off on eBay with the proceeds going to causes supporting Senator Obama. The winners were chosen by judges like Shepard Fairey, Guggenheim contemporary art curator Nancy Spector, Denver Museum of Contemporary Art curator Cydney Payton, and recording artists Moby, DJ Spooky, and Thurston Moore of Sonic Youth.
